How to email customers on hold
Can I email customers with paused or frozen memberships?
While it's not possible to email your customers on hold directly, you can download their emails in bulk and then simply import or paste them into your preferred email software. Let's take a look at how to do this.
First, head to Reports >> Customer Memberships.
Here, filter by 'Status - Hold' to generate a list of all customer memberships on hold. If you wish, you can narrow down the results by applying other filters.
Now, click the 'Download' button to export the file to your computer. From there, you'll be able to open the .CSV in Excel or Numbers and copy your customers' emails.
