📝 Overview
Once your referral programme is enabled, you can see who referred each of your customers from your Business Dashboard. This helps you keep track of which customers are bringing in new signups.
This guide shows you the two ways to check who referred a customer: from an individual customer's profile, or from your referrals list when you need to check several customers at once.

👤 From the Customer's Profile
Each customer's profile shows who referred them in the Referred by section. This is the quickest option when you are checking one customer.
Go to Customers ➜ Customer List ➜ select the customer ➜ scroll to Referred by.

📋 From Your Referrals List
To check referrals for several customers at once, use your referrals list. It shows who referred each customer, for both pending and confirmed referrals.
Go to To-Dos ➜ Referrals. You can also open the list directly here.
📊 Reporting
For a fuller view of your referral programme, including who referred whom over a date range, use the Customer Referrals report.

Why is the Referred by section empty for a customer?

The customer may not have entered a referral code when they signed up. If you know who referred them, you can add the referral to their profile yourself.
