š Overview
Every product in your Store has its own page on your Customer Site, with a unique URL you can share. This lets you link customers straight to a product from your website, social media, emails, or a message, rather than asking them to browse your whole Store to find it.
This guide walks you through finding a product's URL and sharing it with your customers.
š How to Find a Product's URL
You find a product's URL by opening the product on your Customer Site and copying the link from your browser. Your Customer Site is the public-facing site your customers use to book and buy.
Open your Customer Site in your browser.
āGo to the Store tab.
āClick the View Product under the product you want to link to.
āCopy the URL from your browser's address bar. This is the product's unique link.
āShare that link with your customer.
š” You can share this URL anywhere, your website, social media, emails, or messaging apps such as WhatsApp and text.
ā ļø Hidden Products
A product's URL can only be shared when the product is visible in your Store. If a product is hidden, its URL cannot be shared, and the item would need to be purchased on behalf of the customer from your Business Dashboard.
š” If you want something customers can reach by link but not see in your Store, consider a hidden membership instead, which can be accessed via URL by the customer. See how here.
