📝 Overview
A service code is a unique, time-sensitive code generated from your Admin/Owner dashboard.
The support team may ask you to provide one when they need to take action on your behalf or discuss sensitive account information, for example, when unlinking a payment provider, making account-level changes, or verifying your identity before processing an important request.
The code confirms that the action or information is being authorised by someone with the correct permissions on your account, helping keep your business data secure.
⚠️ Keep your service code safe.
Only share it with the support team when it has been specifically requested. Do not share it with anyone outside of the support team, including third parties or other businesses.
🛠️ How to Generate Your Service Code
To generate a service code, scroll to the footer of your account dashboard. You will find a Generate Service Code button there.
When clicked, the button changes to display a 7-character code. Copy the code and send it to the support team when requested.
