📝 Overview

Upcoming Billing shows your customers' scheduled payments before they're taken, so you can make changes when something needs to be different. You can reschedule the date a payment is due, skip a payment that's no longer owed, change a payment amount, and more.

You'll find this under Billing/RevenueUpcoming Billing. Filters at the top let you narrow down to exactly the payments you want before you make any changes. This guide walks through the edits you can make.

🛠️ How To Edit Upcoming Billing

From Upcoming Billing you can reschedule, skip, or change upcoming payments, check for missing payment methods, and view payments that are retrying. Use the filters to find the payments you want first, then make your changes.

The filters at the top let you refine the list before you edit anything. For example, you might filter to all customers on a particular membership with payment dates in a chosen month.

🔸Reschedule a payment

If a payment needs to come out on a different day, you can move it to a new date. Select OptionsReschedule Payment next to the payment, then choose the new date.

💡 For more on rescheduling payments and placing memberships on hold, see the guide here.

🔸Skip a payment

If a payment is no longer owed, you can skip it so it isn't taken. Once skipped, the payment can still be reviewed from Upcoming Billing.

💡 Use the Skipped filter to view only the payments you've chosen to skip.

🔸Change the payment amount

You can change the amount of an upcoming payment, which is useful for one-off adjustments such as a temporary reduction or a closure period.

💡 To change the membership price for all existing customers in bulk instead, see the guide here.

🔸View payments that are retrying

To see all payments that are currently being retried, use the Retrying filter.

🔸Check for a missing payment method

You can check whether any customers are missing a payment method. If you have the customer's payment details to hand, click the membership below their name, then click No MethodAdd Payment method.
