To change the payment details on your TeamUp account, please head to Settings ➜ Service Fees ➜ click 'Change'. (or click here)
On the next page, choose 'Use new card' and you'll be prompted to enter your new card details.
Click on 'Save' to save your changes.
By default, only cards are permitted as a payment method for your TeamUp service fees.

❗️Please note that if we're unable to successfully charge your subscription fees, we will attempt to take payment every 24 hours and we will send you an email notifying you of each failed payment.
If we're unable to successfully charge you after 6 attempts, your account will be temporarily suspended.
