Zoom creates a unique Join URL for each new meeting by default. Our Zoom integration does the same, sending a unique URL to each customer who joins your online class, so you don't have to.

If necessary, you can set the same URL for all your meetings. This will be especially useful if you want to embed the same meeting link into your emails, social media pages, etc.

Note that if you do have the same meeting link for all of your meetings, you'll need to set your venue Video URL Type to "One URL for all classes at this venue" (from Settings >> Venues/Rooms >> edit desired venue).
How to set a static URL
To change this, head to the Settings tab from within your Zoom account:
You'll need to enable "User Personal Meeting ID (PMI) when scheduling a meeting", as shown below:
Now when you schedule a new meeting, you will have the ability to set your Personal Meeting ID:
Doing so will set the meeting Join URL to the same each time.
