If you're planning to stream multiple online classes at the same time, you'll need a separate Zoom user for each instructor, with each user linked to its own online venue in your dashboard.
This is because a single Zoom user can't host more than one meeting at the same time.

đ ď¸ Setting up concurrent classes
To stream classes at the same time, you'll need to create a Zoom user for each instructor and then link each one to its own online venue. Follow the two steps below.
Create multiple users on your Zoom account. Each instructor will need their own Zoom user. Once created, you'll be able to assign each user to an online venue in your dashboard.

At 9:00am on Monday, Peter streams a Mat class while Susan teaches a Mobility class. You'd set up online venue #1 (Mat) assigned to Zoom user #1 (Peter), and online venue #2 (Mobility) assigned to Zoom user #2 (Susan).
If you've created multiple Zoom users but they aren't showing in your venue settings, head to Settings â Venues/Rooms and click 'Refresh your Zoom account users'.
