Referral codes work for family accounts too. Both family managers and the family members they manage can use referral codes, and each participating family member has their own code to share.
This guide explains who receives the signup membership when a family signs up with a referral code, who receives the referrer's reward, and where families can find their codes.

👨👩👧 When a Family Signs Up with a Referral Code
When a parent signs up using a referral code, the membership you have chosen for new signups is added to one member of the family.
If the parent is participating: the membership goes to the parent.
If the parent is not participating: the membership goes to the first child on the account.

🎁 Who Receives the Referrer's Reward
The reward always goes to the customer whose referral code was used. This applies whether you give account credit or another reward you have set up.
You can view family members' referral codes, and see who referred them, from your Business Dashboard in the same way as for any other customer.
