In this guide, we’ll explore the Profile features in both the existing and new TeamUp Members Apps.
While the existing app gives you quick access to essentials like your active memberships, referral code, and profile picture, the new app takes things further, letting you view and update your personal information with ease. With these expanded features, the new app makes managing your profile simpler and more convenient than ever.
View and manage your Profile

Tap on the Profile icon on the bottom-right corner of the app, and this will load your profile, where you can view your profile picture, referral code, and active memberships.
If you'd like to view your family members profiles, you can tap on the drop-down menu above your profile picture, select a family member, and this will display their profile.
If you'd like to upload a different profile picture, tap on your profile picture and this will allow you to upload a new image or take a new picture using your camera.
⚠️ The business will be able to view your profile picture as well.
💡 Your active memberships will be displayed here, but can not be edited or managed from within the app, however, this functionality is made available in the new Members Booking App.
When viewing the status of your memberships you'll be able to see:
Remaining classes in your pack
Expiry dates
Billing and pricing details

The new Members Booking App gives you much more functionality than the existing app, and we’ll highlight those differences below.
How to access your Profile
From the bottom-left corner of the app, tap My Account. On the next screen, open the drop-down menu at the top, just beneath the My Account title, to access your profile options.
Tap on your name, and this will load your account, where you can view your personal information, which you can also edit. (e.g. address, password, date of birth, etc.)
If you'd like to also access your family members profiles and account info, simply tap on the drop-down menu at the top of the screen again, and select the family member you'd like to view.
Access and Edit Memberships
You can now view detailed information about your memberships and your family’s, with options to upgrade, cancel, change your payment method, check receipts, and track usage, all in one place.
To do so, tap on the drop-down menu at the top of the screen, and select the Memberships option.
View your Referral Code
To view your referral codes, and those of your family members, tap on the drop-down menu, and select Referrals.
Tap the copy icon next to a member’s referral code to instantly copy it to your clipboard, so you can easily paste and share it wherever you like.
View your signed Waivers
You can view which waivers you and your family members have signed, along with details about the waiver and the date it was signed by tapping on the drop-down menu, and going to Documents.
