šŸ“ Overview

Once you have your new customer criteria in place, you can create memberships that only new customers are able to purchase. This is a handy way to offer intro packages, free trials, or special joining offers without existing customers being able to buy them.

šŸ’” For steps on defining who counts as a new customer, see the guide here.

šŸ› ļø Set a Membership to New Customers Only

You apply this setting from the membership's create or edit form.

Head to Memberships āžœ add a new membership or edit an existing one āžœ tick the option to set the membership for new customers only.

Only customers tagged as 'New' are able to purchase memberships with this setting in place.

šŸ’” To find which of your customers currently count as new, see the guide on searching for new customers here.
