📝 Overview
Forms and Waivers can be required Before a registration or purchase, After it, or on a Customized basis, choosing Before or After individually for each class, course, appointment type, registration, or membership.
This is especially useful for things like free trial classes or memberships, where you want the signup process to be as quick and frictionless as possible.
🛠️ Setup
You can set your preferred Timing while creating new forms and waivers, or by editing your existing ones.
🔷 On a new Form or Waiver
When creating your new Form or Waiver, after choosing which registrations and/or memberships the Form or Waiver applies to, you'll be asked to choose a timing option.

1️⃣ Before: the customer must complete the Form or Waiver first. This blocks the registration or purchase until it's done.
2️⃣ After: the customer can register or purchase first, and completes the Form or Waiver afterward.
3️⃣ Customize: choose Before or After individually for each class, course, appointment type, registration, or membership you selected in the previous step.

The staff can bring this to the customers attention, but they can also trigger the reminder manually from an event's attendee list at any time by clicking on the "Send Missing Forms/Waiver Email" button under the orange tag.

Timing follows the same Class Type scoping as the rest of a Form or Waiver's requirements. If you need to target one specific session, that session needs to be set up as its own Class Type first.
