Written by Costa Bontioti

📝 Overview

The Customer Fields section can be filtered to show only the fields that appear on customer profiles, making it easier to manage what your staff see when they open a customer's record.

🔍 Viewing Customer Profile Fields

Head to Settings ➜ Customer Fields and click Customer profile to filter the list down to just those fields.

✍️ Editing Customer Profile Fields

There are two ways to set which fields appear on customer profiles.

  1. Individually, when you create a new field or edit an existing one.

  2. In bulk, by clicking Choose fields.

From here, choose which fields should appear on the customer profile.

💡 These are the same fields that appear on the customer edit form (Customer Profile ➜ Edit).

For how the data in these fields actually gets filled in, see the guide here.
