See customer field changes at a glance
View a history of changes to customer fields, such as emergency contact details, phone number, or marketing preference in this handy report*.
Note: If you wish, you can also set up notifications to get an email any time a customer edits a field.
You'll find this report under Reports >> Customers - Field Changes, head to Customers >> Reports >> Customer Field Changes or click here.
You'll be able to filter by the desired fields and dates. In the example below, we're filtering by "address" and "phone" and selecting results from the last 30 days, to get a list of customers that have updated either of these fields over the last 30 days.

To download this report, click the 'Download' button in the top right.
