π Overview
Wellhub is a corporate wellness subscription service that gives members access to a wide range of gyms, studios, and fitness apps. By connecting your account to Wellhub, you can make selected classes available to Wellhub members, helping you attract new customers without changing how you manage your existing bookings.
When a Wellhub member books one of your classes, they are automatically added as a customer in your account and will appear on your class attendee list and Attendance reports, just like any other booking.
π οΈ Setup
There are two prerequisites to complete before you can connect your account to Wellhub. Once both are in place, the integration can be enabled from Settings β Integrations.

1οΈβ£ Create a Wellhub account
If you do not yet have a Wellhub account, you will need to request a partnership before proceeding.

2οΈβ£ Request API access from Wellhub
Wellhub must enable their API on your account before the integration will work. Email Wellhub at [email protected] and include the following details:
Your gym's name
Your Gym ID
Your email address
β οΈ If Wellhub has not yet enabled the API on your account, you will receive an error message when attempting to connect. Contact Wellhub first to have this enabled before proceeding.
3οΈβ£ Connect from Settings β Integrations
Once your Wellhub account is ready and the API has been enabled, head to Settings β Integrations and click Get Started next to Wellhub.
π‘ If the Wellhub integration is not visible in your Integrations section, it may not be enabled on your account. Please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist.
β οΈ We recommend assigning a dedicated staff member per account to manage the Wellhub integration. Each Gym ID can only be connected to one user account at a time. If you need to reassign a Gym ID to a different staff member's account, please contact our support team.
