How to manage the Wellhub integration settings

Once connected, you will need to select which classes you want to make available to Wellhub members. You can also add additional venues and manage each venue's class selection from the same settings area.

πŸ”„How to sync your classes

To choose which classes are available to Wellhub members, follow the steps below.

  1. Head to Settings ➜ Integrations

  2. Find Wellhub and click Options ➜ Manage

  3. Select the classes you want to sync for each venue

πŸ’‘ Synced classes are bookable by Wellhub members up to 14 days in advance by default.

If you would like this window to be shorter, contact Wellhub to adjust it, however, the maximum is 14 days and cannot be increased.

Your existing registration close and cancellation cutoff settings will also sync to Wellhub automatically.

To add more venues to your Wellhub integration, follow the steps below.

  1. Head to Settings ➜ Integrations

  2. Find Wellhub and click Options ➜ Manage

  3. Click the cog (βš™) icon in the top right corner

  4. Add the Gym IDs for the venues you want to sync

  5. Click Connect

What happens after I've synced my classes?

After 5–10 minutes, the classes you selected will appear on the Wellhub customer site and members will be able to start booking.

How to book a class on Wellhub.

When a Wellhub member books a class, they are automatically registered as a customer in your account and will appear on your class attendee lists and Attendance reports, just like any other booking.

How far in advance can Wellhub members register?

Synced classes are bookable by Wellhub members up to 14 days in advance by default. If you would like this to be a shorter window, contact Wellhub to adjust it β€” they will not allow a window of more than 14 days. Your registration close settings apply to Wellhub members in the same way they apply to all other customers.

What happens with late cancellations and no-shows?

Your cancellation cutoff settings apply to Wellhub members in the same way they apply to all other customers. For example, if your cancellation cutoff is 3 hours before a class starts, any Wellhub member who unregisters within that window will be marked as a late cancellation in both Wellhub and your account. You can see these late cancellations from your class attendee list and in your Attendance reports.

If you mark a Wellhub member as a no-show, the integration will send this information to Wellhub.

Does Wellhub support waitlists?

Wellhub does not support waitlists at this time. Your waitlist settings will not sync to Wellhub β€” if a class is full, Wellhub members will not be able to join the waitlist from the Wellhub side.

Where can I see Wellhub registrations and check off attendance?

Can I un-sync a venue?

It is not currently possible to remove a specific venue individually. To remove a venue, you will need to disconnect Wellhub and reconnect, adding only the Gym IDs for the venues you want to keep.

As an alternative, you can keep the venue connected but deselect all classes for it β€” this will prevent any classes for that location from appearing to Wellhub members.
