πŸ“ Overview

If you need to review or analyze your subscription records outside of Stripe, you can export a CSV file containing all subscription data directly from your Stripe Dashboard. Follow the steps below to download your export.

πŸ’‘ Click here to view a slideshow on how to do this.

  1. Log in to your Stripe Dashboard
    Navigate to: https://dashboard.stripe.com/
Ensure you are in the correct Stripe account if you manage multiple environments.

  2. Go to the Subscriptions Page
In the left-hand sidebar, select Billing and then click Subscriptions.
This page lists all active, cancelled, and past-due subscriptions.

  3. Open the Export Menu
At the top right of the Subscriptions list, click the Export button.

  4. Choose Your Export Format

    • Select CSV as the file type.

    • Choose the subscription fields you want included (or leave the default selection).

    • Apply optional filters if you only want certain subscriptions included.

  5. Generate and Download the File
    Click Export.

πŸ’‘ Stripe will generate the file, and a download link will appear once the export is ready. Larger datasets may take a few minutes.

Additional Notes

  • Exports can include subscription details such as status, customer information, pricing, billing intervals, start dates, cancellation dates, and more.

  • You must have the appropriate Stripe permissions to export subscription data.

  • If your export is large, Stripe may email you a download link instead of providing it directly in the dashboard.
