How can I change my logo on TeamUp?
Your customers are able to see your logo when they visit your Customer Site, and when logging into their account on the Members App, and you can set each separately. We'll outline how you can change both.
How to change the logo on the Customer Site
You can change your logo displayed on your customer site by going to Customer Experience ➔ Customer Site (here) and clicking on the "Update" button displayed under the Logo section.
You'll be able to either upload a file from your computer, or import a new image from a url, and we recommend a square or landscape image between 150px and 600px wide.
How to change the logo on the Customer App
You can change the logo displayed on your customer app by going to Customer Experience ➔ Customer App (here) and clicking on the "Update" button displayed to the right of the Logo section.
This logo will be displayed within the TeamUp Members App, and it should be square with a minimum resolution of 196x196px and with a maximum filesize of 10Mb, but not too large, so that it may be viewable at small sizes.
The icon on the customer's home screen will continue to be TeamUp's logo.
