💡 Data flows one way only. You can send data to Facebook, but you cannot send data from Facebook back to your account.

To set up the connection:
Make a new zap in Zapier.
Select the app for your account.
Select the Trigger Event you want to use.
Verify the data contains what you need.
Add any filters you need (optional).
Select Facebook as the Action app.
Build the template.
💡 Filters ensure actions only run on the items you want. For example, you might send membership-purchased data only for trial memberships, or run one zap for trial purchases and another for all other purchases. You set a condition, and the zap only continues if it's met.
🔗 Other ways to connect with Facebook
You can also install your Customer Site on your Facebook page so customers can book directly from there — either by adding the booking widget or by redirecting your Facebook page's action button to your Customer Site. It works just like it does on any other website.
