π Overview
The To-Dos section is your central hub for managing items that need your attention. Rather than hunting through different parts of your account, everything that requires action, from confirming cash payments to reviewing referrals, is collected in one convenient place.
Each category in the To-Dos section displays the number of items currently awaiting action, and the same items also appear as a widget on your Dashboard so you always have a quick view of what needs attention.
βοΈ How to Use the To-Dos Section
This section covers each category you may see in your To-Dos, what it means, and what you can do with it.

You may be familiar with seeing these items in different areas of your account. If so, we'd suggest reading Transitioning to To-Dos to review the list of items that have moved over to the To-Dos section.
Offline Payments
Offline payments allow you to track and record payments made outside of the platform, the most common example being cash. A pending offline payment is one that is awaiting confirmation that it has been received by your business.
From this section, you can confirm pending offline payments or void them if they are no longer needed.
π‘ For a full list of available actions, including editing amounts, converting to a bill, blocking registrations, or cancelling a membership, see To-Dos: Invoices - Pending Offline.
Offline Refunds
Offline refunds are handled in person and must be confirmed manually once paid in order to be included in your monthly revenue reports.
π‘ For step-by-step instructions, see Confirming offline refunds.
Open Invoices
Open Invoices are invoices that must be paid by the customer. For example, a card payment that is being retried after a failure will appear here. If there are no Open Invoices, this category will not be visible in your To-Dos.
To view the available options, click the Actions button next to each invoice.
π‘ For more details, see To-Dos: Invoices - Open.
Bills
Bills apply to payment processors that do not allow saved payment details. They are generated when a recurring payment is due, the customer will need to log in and pay their bill manually.
You can find Bills under To-Dos β Open Invoices - Bills.
π‘ For more details, see To-Dos: Invoices - Bills.
Failed Payments
Failed payments are payments that were unable to be processed and are not being retried automatically. These must be resolved manually.
Available actions include voiding the invoice, manually retrying the payment, changing the customer's payment method, or cancelling the membership entirely.
π‘ For a full breakdown of actions and what to do next, see To-Dos: Invoices - Failed.
Store Orders
Store orders that have not been marked as paid and/or delivered will appear in this section.
β οΈ Please note that only cash payment orders need to be marked as paid. Orders paid via an online processor are confirmed automatically and only need to be marked as delivered.
π‘ For full details on managing store orders, see Managing store orders.
Referrals
When one of your customers refers someone to your business, you will need to confirm the referral to apply the rewards to both parties.
π‘ For more information on how referrals work, see How to cancel referrals. Not using Referrals yet? Check out the Introduction to Referrals article for more information.
