The Payouts section is where you can see payments that have been disbursed to your bank account. You can find it under Billing/Revenue ➜ Payouts.

This guide walks you through how to view your payouts, how to read the details and statuses shown for Stripe and GoCardless payouts, and how to download your full payout history.

The Payouts list groups your payouts by month and orders them by date, so you can quickly see which months have payouts and jump straight to the one you need.

It is easy to see which months have payouts and to jump directly to a particular month.

The next and previous buttons take you to the next or previous month that has payouts.

If you use Stripe, your payouts also show which ones are in transit and which have failed, in addition to those that are paid. The date beside an in transit payout is the date you can expect to receive it.

For more information on a payout with a failed status, click the ! icon next to the status.

Each payout has a detail page that breaks down the payments it includes. The detail pages for Stripe and GoCardless are mostly the same, with a few small differences.

If a Stripe payout is in transit, the in transit status is displayed along with the date the payout is expected to reach your account. The GoCardless detail page displays when the payment will reach your account.

Both detail pages only track items your account knows about. If there are other items on a payout, for example when two business accounts use the same processor account, a notice is shown.

You can download your entire payout history as a CSV file. This is useful for your own record keeping or for reconciling your revenue.
