How to disable notifications
If you would like to stop receiving email notifications or control which email notifications you receive, you can do so by logging into your consumer account ➔ select the business you would like to edit your notification settings for ➔ go to My Account ➔ Notifications ➔ and toggle the email notification types off.
If you want to stop receiving emails from TeamUp all together, you can do this by selecting the "Unsubscribe" option in any email we've sent you.
If you choose to unsubscribe from emails we send you, this will also mean that you will also stop receiving all automated emails regarding account changes, password reset emails, receipts, e.t.c.
If you want to re-enable these emails, you can resubscribe to emails we send out, but you would need to contact our support team and request this. You can reach us at [email protected]
How to reenable notifications
If you have disabled some notifications and would like to reenable them, log into your consumer account ➔ select the business you would like to edit your notification settings for ➔ go to My Account ➔ Notifications ➔ and toggle the email notification types on.
Then, head to My Account. If you manage multiple profiles from your account, i.e., you are a family manager, select the desired profile under 'Profiles'. Then, click 'Notifications' and select the notifications you'd like to receive again.
