To renew your membership please go to My Account ➔ Memberships ➔ click on a Membership ➔ Renew ➔ Confirm which membership you'd like to purchase.

Can the business/Gym renew my membership for me?

No. The Business can add memberships to your account on your behalf, but they can not "renew" memberships which are set to expire.
What day does the renewed membership start on?

Renewing a membership always sets the start date to the day after your current membership expires.
🧠 Example:
If todays date is the 17th of December, and your membership expires on the 20th of January, when you renew your membership it will go active on the 21st of January, and you will not be able to use it to register for events before the 21st of January.

If you're renewing a recurring membership, the payment won't be taken until the start date, however for class packs and prepaid memberships you will be billed immediately.
What if I want to renew my membership and want it to start (become active) immediately?

If you'd like to start the membership immediately head to the Memberships section and click the name of the membership you'd like to purchase to begin this immediately.
This will allow you to purchase a new membership, as opposed to renewing an existing one.
