You can reorder your registration and purchase forms by dragging and dropping them into the order you want.

The order matters in two places: on your Forms list, and when a customer is presented with several forms to complete as part of a single registration or purchase. This guide explains why the order matters and how to change it.

When a customer has to complete more than one form, you may want the information collected in a particular sequence. For example, you might want to ask for emergency contact details before medical and injury history. Reordering lets you put the form you want first at the top.

Here is how the order looks to a customer with the emergency contact form third:

And here is how it looks with the emergency contact form moved to the top:

Head to Forms/Documents ➜ Customer Forms. Each form has a draggable handle shown as two columns of dots on the right-hand side. Click and hold that handle, then move the form up or down the order. The form appears as a ghosted image as you drag, and the other forms move out of the way to make room.
