The AI Business Advisor is a smart analytics feature in TeamUp that uses artificial intelligence to review your business data, highlight key insights, and provide actionable recommendations to help you grow.

It automatically analyzes trends, identifies strengths and weaknesses, and delivers clear, proactive insights about your business performance, without the need to dig through reports or run exports. Instead, it surfaces timely, easy-to-understand insights in plain English, helping you make informed decisions effortlessly.

The goal is to make sense of your TeamUp data in an easy, visual way, so you can make better business decisions, faster.


🔍 Accessing the AI Business Advisor report

When you log into your account, you'll see a banner with a View Full Report button that takes you directly to your report. You can close the banner at any time, but it will automatically reappear on the first of each month when your next report is ready.

💡 The AI Business Advisor is only visible to Admins and Owners, and is not visible to staff members with any other permission type.

If you click on the x button to remove the banner from your dashboard, you'll still be able to access the AI Business Advisor report in your Reports section.

💡 If you click on the x button to dismiss the AI Business Advisor banner on your dashboard, it will reappear when your next report is generated on the first day of the next month.

If you don't see the AI Business Advisor banner at the top of your reports section, it's likely because you're in the "Old Reports Menu", but you can switch over to the New Reports Menu by clicking on the "View the new reports menu" option at the top of your Reports section.

Once you switch over to the New Reports Menu, make sure to toggle on the option to view the New Reports Menu by default:

Can I export or share the report?

Currently, reports can be viewed in your dashboard. Export options may be added in future updates.

Some Windows browsers allow you to download the page you're viewing, so you should be able to export your report by right-clicking on it, and selecting the "Save as PDF" option.

Mac users should also be able to save their report as a PDF, however, in order to do this you'll need to right-click on the report, select Print, and this will load a preview of the report which you can download by clicking the Save button on the bottom-right corner.
