A Stripe transaction doesn’t have a name listed, how do I find the customer in TeamUp?
How do I match a card number with no name?
Sometimes, a transaction in your Stripe dashboard might not list a customer's name. This generally happens when the customer has updated their card details, so their name is no longer attached to the previous card.
If you want to see who's card this was, you can use the Transactions report. Go to Billing/Revenue >> Reports >> Transactions >> Download CSV >> Once in Excel, use CTRL-F to search the document for the last 4 digits of the card number.
