We love hearing your product feedback! It helps shape the platform to work better for you and your customers. This guide covers how to submit an idea, see what's already released or in progress, and vote on other ideas.
š” Submit a Feature Request
You have a couple of options for submitting your ideas.
Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard, select Send us a message, then choose Submit a feature request.
āOr head directly to the Product Feedback portal here and click Submit Idea (or the + icon on mobile).
Enter your idea, assign an importance level based on how much you'd like to see it built, and submit it to our Product Team.
š See What's Released, In Progress, or Under Consideration
Once submitted, your idea is reviewed by our Product Team to understand what you're looking for and where it might fit on the roadmap. You can track any idea's progress in the Product Feedback portal under one of the following tabs:
Under Consideration - being considered, with more research needed on demand and how the feature should work.
āIn Progress - actively being worked on by the Product Team.
āReleased - live in your account.
š” We may also reach out for more detail on your request, or let you know if a solution is already available.
š³ļø Vote on Other Ideas
You don't need to submit your own idea to have a say, voting on existing ideas helps us understand demand and priority.
Click on any idea in the portal, then select an importance level to cast your vote.
