📝 Overview
The integration with Zoom currently supports Classes only, so it is not possible to assign an online venue directly to a Course. You can still run your courses online by sharing a meeting link with your attendees, and this guide shows you how.
Online venues let classes take place over a video meeting, and at the moment this is available for Classes rather than Courses. The good news is that you can still deliver a course online by sending your attendees the link to your video meeting. Below you will find two simple ways to do this.
🛠️ How to Run Your Courses Online
Start by creating your course if you have not already done so. You can follow the steps in our guide on creating a course type, then choose one of the two methods below to share your meeting link with attendees.
💡 New to courses? Learn how to set one up in our guide here.
🔗 Send the link with pre-course notifications
You can set up an email that goes out to attendees before each session, which is ideal when you want to include a meeting link. If the link changes from one session to the next, simply update it on the notification.
💡 For step-by-step instructions on setting these up, see our guide on adding a pre or post course notification here.
👩🏻💻 Email your customers directly
You can also email your attendees outside of your account using your own email tool. To gather their email addresses, head to Courses ➜ Course types, click Manage Course next to the course you want, then click the cogwheel button and select Attendee emails to copy the list.
