The AI Text Enhance feature allows you to instantly improve the text you write for classes, courses, memberships, on-demand content, store items, and almost any of our description fields using a rich-text editor.

This feature helps you save time while creating polished, engaging descriptions that promote your business effectively.

When you enter a basic description into the description field, you’ll see an Enhance with AI option in the bottom-right corner.

Click Enhance with AI to open a pop-up where you can pick the tone and length you’d like. Just hit Regenerate, and we’ll instantly create a fresh, AI-enhanced description that matches your input.

💡 The more detail you provide in your initial description, the better the AI results will be. The feature uses what you enter as a starting point, so giving it context will ensure a richer and more accurate description.

Each business may generate up to 60 AI-enhanced descriptions per day, and each staff member can generate up to 20 AI-enhanced descriptions per day.

⚠️ The Regenerate option, which allows you to reword an AI-enhanced description, is limited to 20 uses per day and will also count toward the daily limit of AI-enhanced descriptions.

🛠️ Lets take a closer look at the editor

The options in the editor give you full control over your AI description, so you can fine-tune the tone, length, and content until it feels just right.

🗣️ Tone

Choose the style of voice you’d like the AI to use so your description matches your brand’s personality.

Select the tone that best fits your brand voice: Placeholder, Professional, Motivational, or Inspirational. This helps the AI create a description that feels just right for your audience.

  • Placeholder – A simple starting point you can build on.

  • Professional – Polished and formal, ideal for business-focused content.

  • Motivational – Energetic and encouraging, great for driving action and sign-ups.

  • Inspirational – Uplifting and positive, perfect for creating excitement and connection.

📏 Length

Set how detailed you want the description to be, from concise to more in-depth.

Decide how detailed you’d like your AI-generated description to be:

  • Short – Concise and to the point, best for quick reads or minimal space.

  • Medium – A balanced amount of detail, ideal for most classes and memberships.

  • Long – More descriptive and in-depth, perfect for highlighting benefits and creating a fuller picture

📝 Text

Edit the AI’s draft freely to add your own details and make the description uniquely yours.

Once a description is generated, you’re free to edit it manually. This allows you to customize the text further by adding unique details or removing anything unnecessary.

♻️ Regenerate

Quickly create alternative versions of the AI’s draft if you’d like a fresh variation or new inspiration.

After you’ve selected the tone and length, the AI will generate a description for you in the text box. If you’d like to see a different version, simply click the Regenerate button. Each time you do, the AI will create a fresh variation based on your chosen settings.

This is especially useful if:

  • You want alternative wording to better fit your brand voice.

  • You’d like to compare multiple versions before deciding.

  • You’re looking for fresh inspiration for your description.

Tip: Try different combinations of tone and length to see which one resonates best with your customers. You can always re-run the enhancement if you’d like to explore another variation.

The AI Text Enhance feature is available in most of our rich-text editors, including Membership, Class, Course, On Demand, Store, and Venue descriptions.

🔔 The AI Text Enhance feature is currently not available for appointment descriptions, but we will be implementing this in our next update.

The feature won't be supported in customer communications or waivers.
