You can now change a customers pending offline membership payment to an online bill.
Note. This option is available for recurring memberships only.
Head to Billing/Revenue>Pending>Offline and click options next to the offline payment you want to change to an online bill.
Then choose to collect online.
You will have the option to raise this offline payment as an invoice.
OR you can process the payment immediately against any stored payment details associated to the membership.
If the payment is raised as an invoice, you can see these under Billing/Revenue>Pending>Bills. Once the invoice has been paid by the customer, they will be automatically confirmed.
You can also process a pending offline payment as an online bill, from the customers payment tab, and their membership detail page.
