We have released a way for you to filter active, cancelled, completed memberships all from the same page.
Extract email addresses based on your search results, in order to target specific members.
Head to Memberships>Reports.
From here you can filter by membership status:
Active - Still usable
Cancelled - has been cancelled by the customer or business
Completed - Membership has completed its lifespan, or all available event registrations have been used.
Expiration date - the date the membership expired:
End date - the date the membership became unusable i.e. if all membership usage allowance was used:
and membership type:
Click filter to return a list of all customers that match your search criteria. You can also extract their emails from the same page if desired.
