You may have memberships that grant access to some or all the content in your On Demand Content library.
You can create an email that goes out to the customer after they purchase one of these memberships letting them know how to view this content, along with any other relevant details about their membership.
To set up these automated emails, follow the steps in this guide: Membership Purchase Notifications.
We'd suggest including the link to the On Demand section on the Customer Site in your email. To find this link, head to On Demand >> click the preview link as seen below:
Then, copy the URL from the browser:
And then paste it into the content of your membership purchase notification:
