Most customer reports on TeamUp now sit under Reports >> Customers, but there are still a few that are yet to move to this section.
Let's take a look at these reports.
Types of reports
- Customer data report. The customer export functionality allows you to download your customers' personal details (name, email, phone number, etc.), any data collected via a form and activity-related data, such as active memberships, their last payment date, etc.
To download this report, head to Customers >> Customer list >> Export filtered list - Export to CSV/Excel, or click here.
- New customers. See who's new by heading to Customers >> Customer list >> click 'Show Only - New', or click here. For further details on how the "New customer" status works, please see Setting your new customer criteria.
- Inactive customers. The inactive customer settings allow you to define when a customer should become inactive - you can choose to set this status manually, or define a criteria. To view a list of your inactive customers, head to Customers >> Customer list >> Status - Inactive customers, or click here.
